This program is a friendly competition coupled with the accountability you need to make your new self-care routine fun AND effective.
We provide the tools you’ll need to succeed – no diet, no fads. Overall, health is our end goal, and of course, weight loss is often a pleasant side effect of incorporating healthy habits into your life.
However, you do NOT need to lose weight to compete in this challenge. If you want to learn how to eat, move, and live-in order to reach your most energized, lean, productive, and heart-healthy self, then this program is for YOU!

- 28 Day Fitness Program with a 3 – 5 day a week workout schedule. The app breaks down the week into strength, HIIT, cardio, and core.
- Nutrition guide with a grocery list
- Exercise demos to help you perform the movements correctly.
- Weekly LIVE Group Workouts
- At-Home No Equipment Workouts: Amazing bodyweight only, workouts that will challenge and build your strength, mobility, and fitness. Combined with the warm-up, these workouts are designed to go 20-30 minutes.
- At Home Minimal Equipment Workouts: These workouts require 1 or 2 pieces of equipment, like a dumbbell, a kettlebell, or a single bumper plate. If you don’t have one of those, you can substitute household items as well! The workout is designed to go 30 – 40 minutes.
