No doubt we all need a little restart come this time of year. So, we’re joining forces with Namasté Holistic’s Princess Jasmine and Preferred Fitness & Rehab’s Marcus Taylor in October to challenge you to reset your intentions to get fit and healthy!
There is no better time than now to get back in the pursuit of obtaining your fitness goals. If you can commit just for one week to make health and fitness a priority not only will you feel better inside and out, but you’ll also win some awesome prizes! We are so confident that you will fall in love with bettering your health during this week that your one week reset will multiply into weeks, then months until ultimately you’re saying it’s just a lifestyle.
This 7 Day Reset Challenge takes minutes to do each day, requires little to no equipment, and it is simple enough even for fitness newbies. Our goal: Is that you’ll reset your intentions – re-commit to that goal, that thing, whatever it is for you that you committed to pursuing.
We’ll lead…come follow.

Equipment Suggested (Not Required):
- Exercise Mat (Towel)
- Kettle Bell (Filled Water Jug)
- Jump Rope
If you don’t have this equipment don’t worry, we’ll recommend an alternative exercise or household item that can be used as a substitute.
