CHALLENGE DETAILS
The FIT FOR SUMMER 6-Week Challenge will last six weeks and includes:
- 6-Week Studio Membership & Private Group Sessions | $480 Value
- Training App: Increase the Peach MyPTHub access for 12 calendar months post-challenge $300 Value
- Fitness Trackers
- Nutrition Diary and Macronutrient Counseling $150 Value
Simple meal options to help reset your metabolism, reduce cravings, and fuel your body. - Independent Workouts with video demos (dumbbell-only and bodyweight routines):
- Cardio
- Strength
- Core
- Stretch
- Baseline Workout with a subsequent re-test
- Accountability Check-ins with a coach
The Challenge Starts with Orientation:
- Orientation Dates: March 29, April 5, and April 12 at 7:00 am
- Cost: $10 per session (this $10 can be applied to your registration if you sign up on the same day)
We’ll cover logistics, nutrition guidance, a facility tour, before photos, and a baseline workout during orientation.

- In-Person Challenge: $180 for the 6-week challenge

After the challenge, continue your progress with a monthly membership at $125 per month (for 12 sessions per month—that’s a savings of $115 per month for personalized training).
SCHEDULE AND FLEXIBILITY
- In-Person Sessions: Train with a certified personal trainer up to 4 times a week with flexible session times.
- Virtual Sessions: Join live sessions and access on-demand workouts via the app.

- Results: On average, participants see 4-8% body fat loss and 5-10 inches lost (around one or two pant sizes).

- Select Your Best Session Times – Choose the time that works best for you, in-person or virtually.
