HOW TO ENTER – FIT FOR SUMMER 6-WEEK CHALLENGE
To participate in the FIT FOR SUMMER 6-Week Challenge, you do not need to be a member of Increase the Peach™ Health & Fitness Studio, but you must sign up for the challenge to access all resources and benefits.
- Take BEFORE Photos
- Take your before photos no later than Monday, April 17th.
- Hold a sign that says “INCREASE THE PEACH™ #FITFORSUMMER” with your name, date, and weight.
- Include front, back, and side photos in good lighting.
- You can submit your photos via the app or by email to [email protected] by April 17th. Be sure to keep your BEFORE photos for comparison at the end of the challenge.
- Optional: Use our provided sheet to keep track of your photos.
- Challenge Begins – April 15th
- Attend workouts in person or virtually.
- Follow the workout guide available in the app for dumbbell-only or bodyweight routines each week.
- Follow the diet plan based on your goals. You’ll get additional guidance from the Increase the Peach™ nutrition section and can track your meals directly in the app.
- Share Your Journey
- While not required, we love following your progress!
- Tag us on Instagram (@increasethepeach) using #FITFORSUMMER and share your story.
- Join our Facebook Group for additional support and to cheer each other on!
- PUT IN THE WORK!
- You have 62 days to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Stay consistent and put in the effort to get the results you want!
- Take AFTER Photos
- By the end of the day on June 20th, take your after photos holding a sign that says “INCREASE THE PEACH™ #FITFORSUMMER” with your name, current date, and current weight.
- Submit your AFTER photos via the app or by email to [email protected] to be eligible for the challenge results.
Orientation Sessions:
- March 29th, April 5th, and April 12th at 7:00 am
- $10 per session (this fee will be applied to your registration if you sign up on the same day).
