Challenge Details:
The FIT FOR SUMMER 6-Week Challenge combines strength, endurance, and nutrition guidance to get you in shape for the summer. Here’s what’s included:
- In-Person Sessions: Train with a certified personal trainer up to 4 times per week.
- Virtual Access: Get access to on-demand workouts through our app, so you can participate anywhere.
- Body Scan: Get a start and end-body scan to track your progress and see actual results.
- Nutrition Guide: Receive a comprehensive nutrition guide to help you make healthier choices and fuel your fitness journey.
- A Supportive Community: Connect with like-minded people who will motivate and support you throughout the challenge.
How To Enter & Register for Orientation:
We’re offering three orientation sessions before the challenge begins. You can attend one or all of the orientations to prepare for the challenge:
- Orientation Dates:
- March 29th, April 5th, and April 12th
- Time: 7:00 am
- Cost: $10 per session (This $10 can be applied towards your challenge registration if you sign up on the day of orientation!)
- Duration: 30-minute workout session to give you a preview of what’s to come.
Virtual Option:
The FIT FOR SUMMER 6-Week Challenge isn’t just for in-person participants! You can join virtually and still get access to all the benefits:
- 3 live virtual sessions per week led by trainers.
- On-demand workouts are available via the app for your convenience.
- Nutrition support and accountability to ensure you’re on track with your goals.
Cost & Flexible Payment Options:
- In-Person Challenge:
- $180 for the 6-week challenge

- Virtual Challenge:
- $120 for the 6-week challenge
