Here are some common questions that people who are new to our challenges have had. We figured these answers may be helpful for you!

I’d love to enroll! How much is this challenge and do you offer payment plans?

  • Yes! We offer two enrollment options and 1 limited time discount offer.
    • Local: If you pay in full the challenge is $350 or you can choose the extended payment plan to make 3 monthly payments of $125. You can choose what plan works best for you!
    • Online: If you pay in full the challenge is $100 or you can choose the extended payment plan to make 3 monthly payments of $40. You can choose what plan works best for you!
    • Current EFT Punch Pass Members: The cost for the challenge is $75.

What exactly is and what will I get with your 12- Week Fitness Challenge?

If you are a local participant (meaning you live in the area around our fitness studio):

  • Orientation
    • You will learn to plan and prep your weekly meals. Planning and prepping saves us time and helps us to build healthy habits! You’ll also learn how to navigate the training app.
  • You will have access to Increase the Peach™ classes!
    • 30 group sessions – tailored to your fitness levels of course!
      If you are not a group class person we offer special personal training packages to those enrolled in our 12-Week Fitness Challenge!
  • You will submit a before/after photo.
    • This is so you can visually see your own results! Often people will tell us “you look amazing” but we can’t seem to see our own results. We are our own worst critics!
  • You will have a guided nutrition plan with a pre-approved nutrition list.
  • You will be required to complete bi-weekly weigh-ins and measurements.
    • This will be for accountability and goal tracking purposes.
  • You will be added to a closed facebook support group page!
    • Don’t have facebook, not a problem!
  • You will have support and constant contact from staff and coaches!
    • We will be your biggest cheerleaders!

This  12 week program will require participants to follow a workout and nutrition plan. We’ll meet up to discuss goals, take measurements and photos, and host workshops to set you up for success with meal prep. We’ll meet 3 times a week to workout and I’ll also be providing 2 workouts to complete on your own. The group training schedule will be based on the women who sign up, generally the groups prefer to meet in the evenings.

If you are an online challenger (meaning, you will be participating only online):

  • You will submit a before/after photo.
    • This is so you can visually see your own results! Often people will tell us “you look amazing” but we can’t seem to see our own results. We are own worst critics!
  • You will learn to plan and prep your weekly meals!

  • You will have a guided nutrition plan with a pre-approved nutrition list.
  • You will be required to complete bi-weekly weigh-ins and measurements.
    • This will be for accountability and goal tracking purposes.
  • You will be added to a closed facebook support group page!
    • Don’t have facebook, not a problem!
  • You will have support and constant contact from staff and coaches!

  • You will follow a 12-week fitness program with instructional movement videos.
    • This program can be done from home or at your local fitness center.

Save your place with a $50 deposit. It’s non-refundable but can be applied to group classes and doesn’t expire for 45 days. The full balance isn’t due until March 23 when we meet to go over all the information for the challenge.
