- At Home Minimal Equipment Workouts: These workouts require 1 or 2 pieces of equipment, like a dumbbell, a kettlebell, or a single bumper plate. If you don’t have one of those, you can substitute household items as well! The workout is designed to go 30 – 40 minutes.
