Her Story
“I’m the girl that has always wanted to be fit, but asthma and strict parenting made it a far reach. Getting to this place where passion aligns with reality has been a journey and now I’m at the part of the journey where it’s time to share what I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made and will make, tips, and motivation that has inspired my personal lifestyle change.”
Increase the Peach™ launched on Instagram during the Summer of 2016, however, Coach Chè’s fitness journey started long before then. Dedicated to a lifestyle that allows her body to look and feel its absolute best, Coach Chè has spent the last few years perfecting her workout techniques and nutrition programs and is working towards becoming a Registered Dietician, she is currently USA Boxing certified as a Coach and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
The Motivation
Coach Chè’s main motivation is to share what she’s learned from her own journey with people all over the world. It’s not all about the booty.
What began as 21-Day Abs & Booty fitness challenge has become a platform to motivate, inspire, and help others to make health and fitness into a lifestyle.
The Real
Most of my life I’ve watched my Mom live with diabetes and hypertension and now, ultimately kidney failure resulting in long-term dialysis treatment. My sister, who was diagnosed with sickle-cell anemia as a kid has always had to be mindful of what she ate due to her sickle-cell anemia. Then, later on, I watched as many of my other siblings, and relatives struggled with ailments that could have been prevented by proper diet and exercise. Increase the Peach is tongue in cheek, however, for me, fitness is not a “beauty” thing…yeah we all have our insecurities and wish we could change one or two things here or there. But overall my fitness journey is not about fitting into someone else’s standard of beauty. It’s about loving myself enough to be proactive about my health, providing a chance for me to live a fuller life.
