Class Overview

Hustle & Flow is basically the lovechild of strength training and yoga. During this 60-minute workout, we hustle through a combination of HITT & strength training then wrap things up with a twist of yoga. This class is designed to improve balance, power, strength & coordination and mixes calisthenics, plyometrics, functional training, cardio with interval training, strength training, and stretching.
