This workout is designed to improve balance, power, strength & coordination and mixes calisthenics, plyometrics, functional training, cardio with interval training and strength training. Improve strength, coordination, and overall wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to help you get in gear and reach your fitness goals! #IncreasethePeach Fitcamp is not your regular Bootcamp, this is a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.
